Under the leadership of the President, Tokushima University has formulated the "INDIGO Declaration" ,a vision for Tokushima University, to clarify the image of the kind of person that the university seeks to nurture as well as the direction that the university is heading in, and to demonstrate this vision to its internal and external stakeholders.
